Kovah Labs ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled from our facility and dispatched through trusted, established logistics providers to ensure product integrity during transit.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders totaling $200 CAD or more. Orders below the $200 threshold are subject to standard shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Orders are processed promptly after your Interac e-Transfer has been received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, but Kovah Labs aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A separate notification with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch, when available.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Kovah Labs transfer to the customer upon dispatch from our facility. Kovah Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after dispatch. If a package appears to be lost in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Kovah Labs is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes may be available depending on the shipping carrier and location. If you are unsure whether your P.O. Box address can receive shipments, please contact us before placing your order.
Kovah Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, or government actions.
