When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms & Conditions. Kovah Labs reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
All orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer sent to info@saltpluswater.com. After placing an order, send an e-Transfer for the order total and include your order number in the message. Kovah Labs does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency and never collects or stores card or banking details. Orders are processed once the e-Transfer has been received and confirmed.
Guest checkout is available without requiring account creation. However, creating an account allows you to save shipping information, track orders, and access exclusive offers.
Shipping is available within Canada only. Kovah Labs does not offer international shipping at this time. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $200 CAD. Orders are processed promptly and dispatched through trusted logistics providers. Order tracking is provided when available after dispatch.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to the customer upon dispatch from our facility. Kovah Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All sales are final. Kovah Labs does not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been processed or dispatched, except in cases where products arrive damaged or incorrect. In such cases, customers must notify Kovah Labs promptly with relevant order details and supporting documentation (including photographs).
Products intended for research use are non-returnable once delivered unless confirmed damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Opened, used, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for replacement or refund. If a claim is approved, Kovah Labs may provide replacement or appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
